This is bastardized Blogger. It looks like WordPress has stolen their back-end and slapped an unbelievably bland face on it. Somebody has a closet full of very blue shirts. Granted, there are clearly some feature-adds (which you should replicate immediately, i.e. visit stats) but this is not even original much less revolutionary in any way… Un-lickable. On a side note, usabilty is diminished by it taking 4 clicks to start a new entry (… and so on), and did anyone else notice the lack of any pages on the site containing more than 12 words? They should put some pictures on it and sell it as blogging for the elementary student. I can see the “Blog by numbers” marketing campaign already…
